Now that we are at camp all reservation phone calls must go to the camp phone, (209) 258-8810, all other phone numbers are closed.  Also please call camp to verify availability of cabins after July 1st. as there will be no automatic updates to website after family camp is open.  Thank You!

• ALL RATES NOW INCLUDE SALES TAX.
• Minimum charge per cabin per night: $75.00
• One-night reservation surcharge: $10.00
• Groups (5 or more cabins) Call Alexandra Pappas (209) 479-6485 for information and group rates.

Rates include lodging, meals, and most activities. (Crafts activities may require a small materials fee.)

Cancellation Policy:

• Campers who cancel part or all of their reservation before June 1st. will forfeit their $20.00 nonrefundable deposit for each night cancelled.
• Cancellations after June 1st but before July 1st will forfeit 25% of the reservation cost for each night cancelled.
• Cancellations after July 1st will forfeit 50% of the reservation cost for each night cancelled.
• Campers leaving camp early MUST check out with the Camp Manager and give their reason for leaving early i order to be considered for a partial refund.

HOW TO USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR YOUR RESERVATION:

(You must have an active PayPal account to do this.)

1. Log into YOUR PayPal account (go to www.paypal.com).
2. Click on “Send Money” and a box will pop up.
3. In the box, *type in send money to:  silverlakestocktoncamp@gmail.com * type in the amount you are paying, PLEASE NOTE: you will need to add a $10.00 transaction fee to your total.    *Select: Send money for ___  “Services/other”*Click “Continue”  Review payment screen shows next. Near the bottom of this screen is a box to email the payment recipient.
4. Type in your name, Cabin number, and dates reserved, as well as the payment amount, in the message. This will help us credit the money to the correct reservation.
5. Click on the “Confirm Payment” button.

We have extended the time Family Camp is open and we are now accepting reservations August 2nd through August 13th, on a first-come, first-served basis.  Due to staffing, some Family Camp activities may be limited after August 1st.  See our August Availability Chart.

Check out our 2010 Cabin Availability Chart.  This will let you see what cabin is available on any certain date during family camp, July 6th to August 1st.  Then go to our Silver Lake 2010 Cabin Map.  This will let you see were in camp the cabin is located.

To make things easier, use these resources to pick your cabin and available dates before filling out your registration form.

OTHER INFORMATION!

Check in time is 3PM; check out time is 11AM. To assist in keeping our operating costs as low as possible, Campers are asked to sweep their cabins and empty the trash prior to checking out, so the cabin will be ready for the next camper.

The Sliver Lake Camp Store, with a variety of snacks and sundries, is located in the Lodge.  Hours are posted.

The Camp Nurse is available to take care of bumps, bruises, and scrapes, and to handle most emergency situations.

Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please do not leave them in the cabin alone, and remember to clean up after them. Pets are not permitted in the Lodge or bathhouse areas (except for seeing-eye dogs). Proof of vaccinations and a per-pet deposit of $50 must be presented when you check in.

No firearms or fireworks are permitted in Camp.  Campfires are only allowed in the main campfire ring. Camp stoves and other fire apparatus are NOT permitted in the camp. Your cooperation with these Forest Service restictions is appreciated.

Plasse’s Resort is located within walking distance of camp and has a general store, restaurant, & bar.  WiFi  Internet service is available for a resonable connection fee.

The Silver Lake Chapel is located between Plasse’s meadow and the lake.  It offers a stunning view of Thunder Mountain and Silver Lake as a backdrop for Sunday services.  Protestand services are at 10:00 am, Catholic Mass at noon.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Returning campers: Please be sure to fill this form out completely and return it to our address below as soon as possible, and no later than February 28, 2010.
• All campers: After receiving your completed reservation form, we will confirm your reservation and send you a balance due statement. The balance will be due no later than June 1, 2010.
